I am an aspiring writer that works part time in accounts payable in a construction company.  And yes, in this economy working for a builder, I am a little worried about keeping my job.  My passion is for writing and not accounts payable so I am hoping to use this blog as a way to help sharpen up my writing skills as I explore my options in freelance writing and continue working on my fiction writing. My blog will cover my struggles with writing, life, and maybe a little fiction thrown every now and then.  

I would like to write something in this “about” page that would allow you to understand who I am, but that seems like a little too much to ask.  It is impossible to define myself as just one description. Writer, mother, wife, daughter, woman, person-all these are apart of me.  It would be just as hard to say which part of myself I hold as top priority. It just depends on what time of day you ask me.  My guess it that you will get a better picture of me as you read more and more of my blog.
